1. How do I get forgiveness for all the evil things I have done? Just believing in
Jesus seems to easy, there must be more. Will going to church help?2. I am 17 years old and I have been a Christian for many years. I have come
across a large problem that I feel is very rapidly separating me from God.
I seem to find other men attractive. I do realize that homosexuality is a sin,
but I cannot understand the source of my feeling. I don’t understand why
God would allow me to carry this burden.
I used to think that it was impossible for someone to “not be able chose to be
homosexual, but that their attraction was natural” because that would mean
that God would be condemning someone to homosexuality, and I don’t believe
God would condemn anyone to sin. However every day I seem so find men more
and more attractive and I don’t understand why.3. I was wondering why, in the King James Version, some verses include a question
mark or exclamation point, but do not capitalize the next sentence. For example:
Mark 6:3, Matthew 25:37-38, Mark 5:39, Mark 6:3 (which isn't the words of
Christ) just to name a few. In Mark 3:4 it uses capital letters at the end of
Christ's words. Then, in Mark 5:7 There is also capital letters at the beginning of
a sentence after a question mark.4. Was David Jesse's 8th ( 1 Samuel 16) or 7th (1 Chronicles 2) son?
5. I believe that God has predetermined the number of days of our lives before
our birth. My friend says that because God has given man freewill, man
can shorten or lengthen the number of days of his life thru good or bad
choices he makes thru his lifetime.
6. Do you and your church believe that when people, who have not been born again
(spiritually) or know what communion is about, take it they bring damnation
upon themselves? So should we first lead them to salvation?
7. Do Angels sing?8. My husband of 17 years says he wants a divorce. We are both Christians, but
there have been problems in the marriage from day one.
My husband says there is a brick wall in front of him that he can't climb.
He says "God has not blessed this marriage from day one, I can't see why he
would bless it now."
We are both in a second marriage, he is age 69, I am 66.
If God did not bless this marriage from day one, will he do it now?
If he will, what can I do to help my husband understand that there is hope?
